Only a few days until our “𝐅𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 – 𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩” 🏐🍽📈

We’ll be joined by Dearbhla O’Moore, CORU Registered Dietitian this Saturday, November 1st at 12pm for an informative & practical workshop. 
As part of our ongoing commitment to the Irish Life GAA Healthy Clubs Programme, and in co-ordination with our Coaching Officers, this session is open not only to players and parents/guardians, but to all club members.

Dearbhla will guide us through -

•⁠  ⁠⁠Practical tips for training and recovery
•⁠  ⁠⁠How to fuel your body for performance and success 💪

It would be great to have a good showing for this workshop, if successful we plan to run more workshops like it in the future!
