Well done to all who took part in our first Couch to 5k this afternoon, a great turnout! Make sure to spread the word, 12:30pm each Sunday until February 19th. All are welcome to partake, both members and non-members.

In relation to our MyLife 'Every Step Counts 2023' challenge, we're sitting on 1,256km collectively. If we mange to track 4,000km by 15th February we'll be entered into the prize draw, so currently well on course to hit that target.

Thanks to all who have got out and tracked their steps, great to see so much activity in our club and community.
