As part of the GAA Healthy Clubs Project we've been running a Couch to 5k for 5 weeks. Tomorrow, Sunday, February 12th is week 4 of our 5ks, at 12:30pm starting at Dunkineely Community Centre you can walk, jog or run our 5km route, hopefully we've another day of good weather conditions!

All are welcome to partake, both members and non-members. In relation to our MyLife 'Every Step Counts 2023' challenge, we've hit our target of 4,000km in plenty of time!
